Do you ship overseas?
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on where you are. Orders within Belgium will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Within the EU deliveries can take anywhere from 3-14 days, with the latter being usually a December effect. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email with a code to follow your parcel.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We deliver by UPS and Bpost international in cases UPS doesn't deliver to your area.
Where are the products made?
Most products are made in Japan, and a few in the EU and the UK.
How do I know if you ship from Japan or from Belgium?
We have set up an office in Brussels in 2022. From there we ship to the EU, north America and other countries worldwide. In the case of Hawaii and Australia we may ship from Japan.
Who made my product?
All your products bought from us are made by Japanese blacksmiths and master artisans in Japan, EU and UK. You can check our page about our artisans and see who probably touched your item during its production.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
There are no warranties for handmade products. We will however exchange the product or give you a refund in case you are not happy with its performance. Terms and conditions apply.
Which product will make the a really good gift?
This is a question we get a lot. Please contact us describing the circumstances so that we can propose the items which will be a perfect fit for the occasion.
